3. Orders

  • Orders can be placed via our website, phone, or official social media channels.
  • Custom-made items (frames, profiles, or special-size products) require prior confirmation of all details (size, color, material).
  • An order is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message or call from us.

4. Payment Methods

  • Customers can pay using the following methods:
    • VISA or MasterCard (online payment)
    • Bank transfer to Sonniva Georgia LLC
    • In-person payment (cash or card)
  • Payment must be completed before order confirmation or upon product delivery, as agreed.

5. Delivery and Service Time

  • Frame orders are prepared within a maximum of 10 business days from the order confirmation.
  • Delivery of the products is carried out within 5 business days after preparation.
  • Sonniva Georgia is responsible only for timely delivery of orders placed through official channels.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds or product exchanges are possible only in the following cases:
    • Wrong product delivered due to our error
    • Product damaged during our delivery or handling
    • Incorrect size or model caused by our mistake
  • In such cases, customers may choose to:
    • Replace the item with the correct one
    • Request a full refund
    • Accept an alternative product by agreement

10. Order History

If a user does not log in to the website for three months, their order history will be automatically deleted.
